Step 1: Plan
This is the most exciting part of the renovation process!
Start thinking about all the things that you like and share your ideas with us.
This is a good time to brainstorm – don’t worry about the logistics, just think about what you want for your bathroom design.

You can get the whole family involved – everyone can make a list of what they are looking for in a bathroom.
The kids might surprise you with some very imaginative ideas!
Step 2: Design
After we talk about all your ideas, our designers will create a design for your space.
This is where logistics come in – time to pull out that measuring tape or utilize one of our Bathroom Advisers and see what is possible in your space.
Sometimes what you are hoping for may not be the best fit because of the structure or conditions.
You may want to consider bringing in one of our contractors for structural changes, and we would be happy to coordinate that for you, or we can simply tailor the design to your space.
Step 3: Select
Many of our clients enjoy this part of the process because they see the design come to life in all the little details.
It’s fun to pick out paint chips and tile samples, and so much more.
Get all your senses involved – you can feel the temperature of a colour, the texture of the tile, and the visual appeal of a pattern.
As you start selecting, you will notice that there are a lot of products available at many different prices.
Like clothing, you can purchase a white t-shirt for $1 or spend up to $250 – the differences are in how the shirt fits, the material it’s made of, and how long it will last.
All these things are important, so we can help you make the right decision to fit your style and budget.
Step 4: Install
It’s time to get to work!
The installation process typically begins with a demolition day.
After demolition, we will be able to confirm that your design works in your space and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, and then we can install all products and finishes.
Timelines will vary depending on the work being done and the age of the home. Times will also vary depending on which bathroom in the house it is.
A typical start to finish timeline from demo to paint would be:
Powder room 5-7 business days
Main bathroom 12 -15 business days
Ensuite bathroom 20 -25 business days
Step 5: Enjoy
Make sure you try everything and that it all works to your standard! If you have any concerns, you can bring them to our attention immediately.
Now the bathroom of your dreams is complete!
