At Elegant Bathrooms, we believe a bathroom renovation should be done once — and done right.

That’s why every qualifying renovation is backed by our 5-Year Workmanship Warranty, designed to give you clarity, confidence, and long-term peace of mind.

We don’t just install bathrooms.
We solve the Bathroom Puzzle — and we stand behind the solution.

What’s Covered

For a period of 5 years from the date of substantial completion, Elegant Bathrooms will address any defects related to:

  • Workmanship
  • Installation
  • Labour performed by our team

Under normal residential use, if something isn’t right, we will:

  • Review the concern
  • Identify the cause
  • Repair or replace the affected work
  • Ensure the issue is properly resolved

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Manufacturer defects or product-related issues (covered by manufacturer warranties)
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by others
  • Products not supplied by Elegant Bathrooms, including:
    • Homeowner-purchased items
    • Third-party sourced products
    • Reused or existing fixtures and materials
  • Any issues related to homeowner-supplied or reused products, including:
    • Product failure
    • Compatibility or fitment issues
    • Performance limitations
  • Pre-existing or concealed site conditions
  • Minor cosmetic changes, including hairline cracks from natural settling

Elegant Bathrooms will take reasonable care during installation of homeowner-supplied or reused items; however, their condition, compatibility, performance, and longevity cannot be guaranteed.

Conditions of Warranty

  • Full payment must be completed for warranty coverage to apply
  • Any work performed by others after completion may void this warranty
  • Concerns should be reported promptly once discovered

If the issue falls outside of warranty coverage, we will provide recommendations and, if requested, complete service work at our standard labour rates plus materials.
