The centrepiece of the renovation is a spacious walk-in shower clad in large-format marble-look porcelain wall panels, enclosed by a sliding barn-style frameless glass door on a matte black track system. Accessibility is thoughtfully integrated throughout — a fold-down teak wood shower seat, matte black grab bars at the entry and interior walls, a recessed niche with glass shelf, a linear drain at the shower floor, and a dual shower system featuring a ceiling-mounted rain head and height-adjustable handheld on a slide bar, all finished in a striking matte black.

The vanity is a grey shaker-style cabinet with a white quartz countertop, matte black faucet and hardware, and a matching wall-mounted upper cabinet with open shelf for additional storage, maximizing the functionality of the space without cluttering it.
